When I Glow Up is a community-based organization committed to eliminating the financial and systemic barriers connected to adolescent milestones and essential resources. We connect underserved youth and their families to mental health support, educational tools, and culturally meaningful experiences that foster confidence, dignity, belonging, and emotional well-being.

Our mission is grounded in empathy and understanding. We recognize that many families are navigating challenges that are often unseen—balancing financial strain, emotional stress, and the desire to provide meaningful experiences for their children. We exist to meet families where they are, ensuring they feel supported, respected, and not alone in their journey.

We believe that access shapes outcomes. Too often, young people are excluded from opportunities that build identity, confidence, and connection—not because of a lack of potential, but because of a lack of resources. Through intentional partnerships and community collaboration, we work to close that gap by creating pathways that allow youth to fully participate in the experiences and support systems that contribute to their growth and success.

At our core, we are committed to providing more than resources—we provide care. By leading with empathy and connection, we create spaces where youth and families feel seen, valued, and understood.
