When I Glow Up is a community-driven organization dedicated to uplifting underserved communities by increasing access to resources that support the well-being and development of young people. Through culturally meaningful experiences and strong community partnerships, we connect youth and their families to essential services—including mental health support, educational resources, and local programs that promote confidence, belonging, and opportunity. Our work is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves access to the support systems and experiences that help them thrive, regardless of income.
